At RuiYi CNC Machining, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering precise, high-quality CNC machined parts. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a fair and transparent return and exchange policy to support your needs.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both:
Defective products (e.g., incorrect dimensions, tolerance issues, surface defects).
Non-defective products (e.g., customer changes mind, incorrect order).
Whether it’s a functional issue or a customer preference, we are here to help.
2. Return Window and Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Products must be in new or slightly used condition.
Items must be returned with original packaging and documentation (drawings, PO, etc.).
3. Return Methods
You may return or exchange products by:
Dropping off at an authorized return location (we will provide the address upon request).
Returning in-store (if applicable or coordinated through our facility).

4. Fees and Processing Time
No restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
For defective or incorrect products, we cover the return shipping costs.
For non-defective returns (e.g., customer error), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Custom parts that have been modified, reworked, or assembled by the customer.
Items returned after 15 days.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.
