1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both:

  • Defective products (e.g., incorrect dimensions, tolerance issues, surface defects).

  • Non-defective products (e.g., customer changes mind, incorrect order).

Whether it’s a functional issue or a customer preference, we are here to help.


2. Return Window and Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • Products must be in new or slightly used condition.

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and documentation (drawings, PO, etc.).


3. Return Methods

You may return or exchange products by:

  • Dropping off at an authorized return location (we will provide the address upon request).

  • Returning in-store (if applicable or coordinated through our facility).

4. Fees and Processing Time

  • No restocking fees will be charged.

  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • For non-defective returns (e.g., customer error), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom parts that have been modified, reworked, or assembled by the customer.

  • Items returned after 15 days.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.
