我也简单说一下大型铝合金精密零件的加工方法。大型铝合金零件的装夹方式首先要合理。用飞刀尽量开厚,这样也能提高效率,但是用飞刀开粗容易导致工件发热变形。开粗后一定要把两个面的平面找平,保证工件垂直后再用光刀。厚度余量一定要足够,保证加工过程中如果出现异常,还有补救的可能。

装夹必须稳定,飞刀要粗放,吃刀量要大,避免加工过程中工件窜刀,并经常观察飞刀是否贴紧。飞刀开好后,要检查与校刀台的平行度。注意提前观察工件结构,预判刀具位置,合理设置速度进给参数,避免刀具过切。
上下机时注意避免磕碰。加工反面时,工件空隙处要垫垫,支撑薄刀,避免刀震。每一个小细节都要注意,因为大型铝合金件加工如果出现异常,成本和时间都特别大。每一个环节都要谨慎。刀具尽量使用铝材。如果有深孔、深槽,一定要及时吹掉切屑,避免刀渣。

If not handled properly, it can cause heat buildup and deformation of the workpiece.
Leveling the two surfaces ensures verticality and precision before finishing with a fine (light) knife.
A sufficient thickness margin should be left to allow for correction if any abnormalities occur during processing.
Ensure stable clamping, observe whether the cutter is attached properly, and check parallelism with a calibration table after roughing.
Predict the tool path in advance, and set reasonable speed and feed parameters to avoid tool overcutting or impact.
Avoid bumping or collision, and use proper padding under hollow areas to support thin cutters and reduce vibration.
Use aluminum cutters when possible and blow away chips in time to prevent slag buildup and tool breakage.
